01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tas7 ("tas7", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://tas7.io and any associated sub-domains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the tas7 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. These Terms apply to all services offered by tas7, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, crash games, and any promotional or bonus offers.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and tas7. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Effective Date: These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions published on this platform.

02 Eligibility

Use of the tas7 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. tas7 does not permit use of its platform by any person under the age of 21, without exception.
• Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You do not currently hold, and have never previously held, an account on the tas7 platform that was suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• Own Behalf: You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• Own Funds: The funds you use to play on tas7 are legally yours, are not derived from criminal activity, and are not subject to any legal dispute or freeze order.
• Not Self-Excluded: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with tas7 or any other gambling platform.

tas7 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Providing false information in connection with any eligibility criterion is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of the tas7 platform, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During the registration process, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the tas7 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. tas7 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any accounts found to be duplicates will be immediately closed, with balances forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tas7 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access is attributable to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact tas7 support immediately at [email protected].

Account Accuracy: You must notify tas7 promptly of any changes to your registered personal details. Accounts found to contain materially inaccurate information may be suspended pending verification. tas7 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to confirm any information provided during or after registration.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

tas7 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the tas7 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined.

Processing Times: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your tas7 account in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within approximately 15 minutes for mobile financial services. Bank card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing institution.

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits or withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• tas7 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which tas7 accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may experience delays.
• tas7 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
• In the event of a payment error or system malfunction, tas7 reserves the right to correct the account balance. Any funds credited in error do not belong to the player and must not be wagered or withdrawn.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

tas7 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal incentives tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain table games, and low-volatility slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution percentages are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time frame specified for each offer. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold or activate more than one bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the terms of a specific offer.
• No Bonus Abuse: Tactics such as low-risk betting to meet wagering requirements, matched betting, arbitrage, or any form of bonus exploitation are prohibited. tas7 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and close accounts where abuse is detected.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw: tas7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice provided where practicable.

Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Players who opt out of marketing communications will not receive promotional offers by email but may still access available promotions through the tas7 website.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the tas7 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sporting event, as well as the general conditions set out in this section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game or sports betting rules.

Casino Games: All casino games offered on tas7 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and fishing games — use independently verified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or real-time live dealer streams provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. • Bets placed after the official start of an event (where live betting is not available) will be voided and the stake returned.

• tas7 reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneously stated odds or on a market opened in error.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tas7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Creating more than one account per person, household, IP address, or device.
• Using false, borrowed, or stolen identity information during registration or KYC.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner with the intent to exploit bonus offers or promotion mechanics.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

08 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tas7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the tas7 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

• Losses resulting from the suspension or termination of your account in accordance with these Terms.

• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the tas7 platform that does not constitute professional financial or betting advice.

tas7 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of real-time data feeds, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. Gambling involves inherent financial risk, and tas7 is not responsible for any gambling losses incurred by players using the platform in accordance with these Terms.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

tas7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Detection of multi-accounting or identity misrepresentation.
• Use of prohibited software, exploitation of system errors, or collusion.
• Request by the player via a self-exclusion application.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations that require account closure.

Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances held at the time of closure for reasons unrelated to player fault (e.g., platform cessation) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable time frame, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13 Amendments to Terms

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of a clause, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the operating policies of tas7 and applicable international online gaming standards. tas7 operates as a safe, fair, and SSL-encrypted platform committed to the principles of transparent gaming.
